Do not do business here. Me and my friend pre ordered cases of destined rivals and prismatic evolutions etbs and they never came through. Waited weeks and kept getting excuses that they would show up and to be patient. Asked for a screenshot or an invoice showing they were actually ordered and was told he’d send one when their computer was back up due to renovations. Kept waiting and waiting and asked more for proof but was then told by the owner that he didn’t need to provide that and he was doing all he was required to do. Then when he finally decided to show “proof” the “proof” he showed wasn’t even proof. They were of loose etbs that he ordered after we were already supposed to have our cases in hand. He will make excuse after excuse for every issue. I requested a refund and he sent it back through square. The refund never came through. Showed as pending for a few days then didn’t go through. Even called my bank and they confirmed it didn’t go through. Again. He made more excuses about square giving him issues and said he was going to use another service in the future and leave square. Ended up having to do a chargeback through my bank. Surprise surprise he is still using square. One of my friends decided to wait and hope the cases he ordered would come through but it’s been 2 months and they still haven’t. After pressing him more the owner said his options are to get a refund using square (lol) or to wait till his distributor has more. Neither of those are acceptable options. He was supposed to have them in hand 2 months ago but doesn’t. So instead of making it right and fixing it himself he says my friend has to wait even longer. At this point I’m pretty sure this guy is just running a scam. 0/10 do not do business here. I was out 2300$ for weeks because of this guy. Also I can back up everything I said with text messages and screenshots so I would love to hear the excuses and bs the owner is going to come up...

Full of narcissistic workers especially this one guy posted in the photos below. Scammed me and my friends out of so much money. Get your cards somewhere else if you actually want to get cards. Also he hasnt refunded us.we reached out multiple times and the manager and owner didnt do jack...
