Absolutely terrible terrible service. Moved into a new home and it’s been three weeks with no trash after a huge buildup of moving. trying to get someone on the phone the hold times are 40 to 45 minutes just to not get a callback from a manager and have the same terrible service of not getting our trashcan or service initiated. The story keeps changing when you try to email - first the driver can’t find it but yet he sat in our driveway with instructions to call if there’s any questions and did not call and chose not to leave a can. Then it was there is an inventory issue and couldn’t leave one which is opposite of what your office said earlier that week. Asking for manager or supervisor to please contact us so we can get this issue resolved and zero feedback or resolution of the issue. I wouldn’t recommend the service even if it was free. Not to mention, the website is a joke. Because it’s new construction it can’t find it on the website so if you can’t set up anything online, so again, back to extremely long waits on hold and no one getting back on email. Read morePoor customer service, they need to work on it. They took our trash can on pick up day, wanted us to pay $50 to bring one back. Took me 4 days to finally get through to someone after hrs & hrs on the phone. When we wanted to cancel our service it was the same story, days and hrs to get through to someone, why? Someone answered at 32min and said “I don’t do cancellations” put me back on hold, I finally hung up after waiting over an hr. Why is it so hard to get an actual person on the line? Out of all of our services this one is the worst to get through. Our rates go up and their customer service goes down. Can’t even go in to our local office anymore as they closed it. I talked to a very snotty girl telling me I should have received an email saying it was going to be delivered the following day instead of the date scheduled. I said I wouldn't be talking to you if I did receive an email. I asked why wasn't is delivered on the scheduled day and she said it was backed up and pushed to the next day. That was all she could tell me. She said I was 3 stops away from being delivered today. I said how will I know if it gets pushed again? She said it wont be.
