Burrito Taco King — Restaurant in Kenosha

Tried to order a burrito tonight. Had heard good things. Waited at the drive thru to order, and finally someone took my order. No cars in front and no cars behind me. Ordered a king burrito and gave my CC. It took the guy a while to run my card and then he told me to pull up and wait. I waited about 15 minutes. No cars pulled in behind me and I didn’t see anyone go in. I backed up and honked the horn and the guy came back and asked if he could help me. I asked if they had my order and he said….oh ya…what did you order again? I said a burrito. He then told me that they had three orders come in and it was going to be a while. I asked him to refund my CC and he said he didn’t know how. He finally ended up giving me cash back. I normally don’t post negative reviews but this was all...

Driver was awesome. The place took one of my items off and then had Grub hub representatives call me to tell me. Wondering why the business didn't? And offer me a substitute or something else!? Nope.. the Main meal was canceled and I got the sides.. so in essence I was not able to have a dinner as I didn't have my car at the time.. Thanks and NEVER AGAIN. I seen the poor reviews of the place. but I try to give everyone a chance..and support local. And was told I would receive a credit for the meal they didn't deliver.. so I was charged all the money and No meal..and who knows when it will get refunded .. Entrepreneurs... do the opposite of this place and you will succeed. Don't mean to be nasty.. but at leadt call your customers and...

Pass by BTK often on my way to festival and decided to stop. Guy at the window was really friendly. Ordered a big King steak burrito. Hahaha ….. amazing!!!! Cooked to order, loaded with steak, good stuff! I review things I like, and things I don’t like only. See some people complained about waiting for their food? It’s made to order, relax!!! Also read reviews about the quality of the steak, claiming it was all gristle….. wrong!!! The quality of my steak was flavorful and amazing with a generous amount.
