Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kenosha

I used to work at a Taco Bell for years so I judge each one on my experience. I'm very disappointed with this location. I came in to pick up a party pack of tacos for Uber. No customers were in the drive thru. No customers inside. There were about six employees inside. They said they just got the order so it would take a minute. I know when I worked at Taco Bell we were timed on making party packs as part of our training. I personally can make a party pack in under a minute for regular tacos, and a supreme party pack in a minute and a half. I watched one employee try to make the order. It took him ten minutes to make it. That's way too long. Once it was done he walked it over to me and dropped it on the floor, picked it up and handed it to me. So first once food hits the floor it needs to be remade not handed out. Second with six employees working and no other customers I should have waited less than a minute for the order. Customer service at this location is lacking big time. Food safety is not followed at all here. Prep guides are not followed therefore employees are tempted to pull food too early in order to get food out. The only Taco Bell I can recommend is the one in Zion on Sheridan road. They need help as well but at least they follow food safety...

The worker in drive is friendly and very accommodating to customers. Last time I went they were super short staffed. Literally the drive thru worker.was running drive and front counter and they had 1 cook!!! They did have a sign on drive thru speaker saying they are really short staffed and that waiting times will be a little longer ...... which I've never seen at a fast food place. I thought that was very professional to inform before we decided to continue with ordering. Once you get to window to pat, he offered a drink for the waif and free taco coupons. I gave them each a tip for their hard work. I worked in fast food before so I know they were stressed,but the 2 Handled the entire restaurant just fine (& they were really busy!) I told them they should close the lobby 😆 seriously though!

Food is fine for a quick snack I get vegetarian Mexican pizza (I don't eat the meat there) just because no specific reason 🙃 My hubby gets...

3rd time in the past year that I have ordered, made it CLEAR that I have an onion allergy and gotten food with onions! I'm always told that bean burritos don't come with them but Have gotten it that way so many times in the past, I now say right when ordering I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ALL COMES WITH ONIONS ON YOUR MENU BUT I HAVE AN ALLERGY SO PLEASE MAKE SURE NOTHING I ORDER HAS ONIONS, OK? They respond ok or I understand or in some way that I KNOW they heard me. Thank God it's not Anafalectic shock type allergy. But this time I was so hungry I started scarffing it and got 2 good swallow down before realizing and my stomach is now burning so bad. On top of you guys forgetting 2 of my doritos locos tacos. No I don't call to say anything cuz I've learned the consequences...
