I am rating this place 1 star for several reasons. By law: before a tow company releases a car - the owner must present an ID, as well as provide proof of registration and proof of insurance. When I went to pick my vehicle up, they did not ask for proof of ownership nor did they ask for my registration or my insurance. Over the phone when I called, they quoted me $143.60. They only take cash so I took $150 with me. When I arrived, the total had suddenly changed to $156. They told me they had our phone call on recording but refused to play it and told me it did not matter anyway if they told me $143 they made a mistake and I still owed $156 which caused me to then have to go find an ATM. When I asked them where the closest ATM was, they told me they had no idea. The customer service was terrible and they are not following the laws. I feel like they are running a scam -They are towing at the end of the day and then charging people after hours when they miss “and then you have to leave to go find an ATM to get more money. Also, the customer service...

Read moreabsolutely horrible experience, The front desk lady was so disrespectful and rude to me. My car was parked in the visitor lot of my apartment complex with the pass on the seat of my car visible for the company to see if they decided to look. Instead, they towed my car and I have no way to pay it back. I am a college student and they payed no means to that and instead just decided to be greedy. Kent State Police Department blew it off. I would never recommend going to this “family owned business”. All they care about is being greedy and towing as many cars as they can to make a paycheck! I am furious and I am sorry to anyone else who has also been robbed from...
