I Was very excited to see A&W open for the season and was craving a Coney dog and onion rings. I was soooo disappointed in the quality of the food. Foot long hot dog and Coney sauce were COLD and the bun STALE! Everything we had was COLD. Onion rings cold. Cheese sticks had been hot at one time because the cheese had melted and ran out into the bag and was solidified at the bottom and stuck to the bag.. empty shells left. We should have sent everything back but I was hungry by the time we finally got our food I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes again. When the young lady came to pick up the tray we tried to tell her about everything being cold... she could have cared less... took the tray and walked away as we we taking to her and said ok I'll let "them" know....them who? So I'm writing to "them". Please make sure the hot dogs AND Coney sauce is HOT and buns fresh before serving. And please teach someone how to deep fry the food and properly and serve it hot as well. We spent almost $30 for our dinner, so it's not cheap food... and it used to be delicious. Thank you...

I ordered chili cheese fries along with my order and I got fries with a smear of cheese and no chili, I called to complain to the staff and the manager said it’s alright it was a miscommunication and I was only charged for cheese fries which I tried explaining that there really wasn’t even cheese on them but it didn’t seem to matter which was disappointing because I only live around the corner and I would have gone back for them to correct their error but the manager seemed like it was fine since I didn’t get charged for the chili… I also received onions on my burgers which I also asked for no onions but I picked the onions off and the burger was good just disappointed because it wasn’t busy and if they didn’t hear me then they should have asked me until they knew what I wanted, I even tried to repeat the order myself to make sure it was correct but I will think twice...

STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

While I will say that some staff members were courteous, overall this place is a dump all the hotdogs and the footlong were cold, not warm, cold. It's like they pulled it out of the fridge and sprayed hot water on it. I had also ordered root beers and a "Freeze" (blended ice cream with a small amount of rootbeer) they gave us our food and they said it will be a few minutes on the drinks. They brought our rootbeer, when I asked about my freeze they just said "oh" and went to make it. Came back and gave me a Rootbeer Float which is a cheaper item on the menu.

I used to come here as a kid, it's sad how downhill it has become. When I called they didn't offer anything and did not address the issues. I will not be coming back and will be taking my hard earned money to the Ravenna location, which has never caused me any issue, intestinally...
