I used to love going to this shop. But they need to fix the way they deal with customers. It's so frustrating. I went in on Saturday (had my sister and nephews waiting outside because this was supposed to be a quick run in and grab juice trip) and instead of running in, buying juice and leaving, I ended up waiting for well over 30 minutes. Not due to a large line but due to the employees not knowing how to handle or speak to rude customers. There were 4 people in there when I went in. 2 together and the other 2 together. 2 employees. First group was trying out juices and being helped by one employee. The second couple was getting an entirely new vape with all the add ons and being helped by the last employee. I was told they'd be right with me. I stood in front of the juices and held my credit card out so it was clear I just needed something quick. The couple was still browsing, couldn't decide on even a color. For over thirty minutes. I was so annoyed that the employee did not have the common sense to tell them that while they are browsing/picking a color he would assist me. They kept making him go in the back saying oh no we want the other color now, etc. Finally they are in line and I was helped (took all of 30 seconds for me). I'm in line behind them. They both pay for different items in their order making it take even longer and then after they are finally done paying the bill the woman sees a brochure and ASKS for it to be explained to her at the register, where a line has now formed. She isn't even buying anything and the employee stands there going over a brochure with her. She then asks him if he could show her the item in the brochure and instead of saying there is a line now and he would be happy to assist after assisting the other customers he leaves the register to again show her an item. Everyone in line audibly sighs. I move up to the front of the line. She asks how much the item is and he says he has to scan it... So she walks right IN FRONT OF ME in line to buy this new item after leaving the line and the employee just doesn't seem to either see what he is doing wrong or want to be confrontational and let her know that others have been patiently waiting. The other employee is now assisting other people walking in the store, while several of us who got our items are still waiting in line just to even pay. Eventually she decides not to buy that item. When I finally pay the employee doesn't even apologize for the wait. This happens every time I go in. There is some rude customer taking up an hour of time and doesn't care about the large amount of people who just need a coil or juice and the employees either haven't been told HOW to deal with these situations or simply can't process how to easily fix this on their own. The people taking up an hour are actively browsing and asking questions. While they are browsing you need to ask them if it's okay for you to assist the next person since they most likely are actually buying something. I won't be going to this store anymore to buy anything and will be ordering what I need online. It's ridiculous that I have to waste an entire one hour lunch break to get ONE item when there's no line just because someone wants to keep asking questions. This is so rude to your...
Read moreTook some time to decide to go back to the vape since I was cheap the first time using a Puff King pen. Talked to a few people that vape to get info along with research and decided to make another go at it. Went into the store and put my cards on the table and let them know I had enough info to be dangerous expecting to walk out and going to buy a pack of smokes but after about 45mins of serious conversations I decided on a possible purchase and was told no problem so I stepped it up a notch and asked if they would charge the batteries for me so I could leave the rest of my cigs behind and walk out vaping. Again told no problem. I was still unsure the next day but pulled the trigger. Walked in and the first thing that impressed me was I was greeted by name and a smile. After some further training and juice I'm a happy camper and know if I have issues the Kent store will be there....
Read moreI recently stopped smoking and had switched to a Juul and after that I purchased a starter vape pen at another shop. My mother decided to stop smoking and had the same progression. We went to Kings of Vapor to purchase her device (which was less expensive at their shop than the one I purchased mine from) and some juices. Since then I have returned 2 times - each time trying and purchasing several house juices and other items. Each time the staff has been helpful and willing to explain when I had any questions. They have given suggestions on devices based on my use and flavors which I hadn't thought to try but ended up loving. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I plan on returning any time I need new supplies. Yes, the staff does vape while helping you, but thats part of the atmosphere. I don't see that as negative at all. At least you know they use their...
