We all know as Hospitality Designers/Developers there are projects. Some of the projects that come along the way we discover may take extra attention and time. As a consultant we may consider or designate these as "Special Project's". The Town & Country RV Resort located in Mount Vennon, WA was one of those unique "Special Projects". We at RDS needed a true and tested partner to collaborate with for helping RDS with the furniture package. We dropped a small fortune last year on custom sofas and then we got a puppy. NOT a good combination. After being left alone for about 2 minutes we found that she found sofa corners to be DELICIOUS. Jerry at QA Upholstery sent a van to pick up the couches the next day and had them back to us the next week looking pristine again. Great service from pick up and delivery to correspondence with the team at QA, to the finished product. Couldn't recommend them more. (I would not, however, recommend the new sofas and puppy combination)

Phenomenal work!!! QA Group made us custom chairs to match our current ones for our restaurant. They are perfect! The quality is great but most of all their customer service is wonderful (and I work in hospitality). we have used QA group many time and will continue to use them as our one and only source for upholstery.
