The reason for only one star is because you can’t give zero star! DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT!!! come here unless you have a day to waste, checked in almost 2 hrs before my appointment ( 12 pm appointment ) no big deal I was early so I have to wait, 45 mins past my appointment I get a call to go to a door, another 20-30 mins before they start loading and 2 hrs later still being loaded, I will miss my appointment at delivery for sure but who cares, obviously not the management at this place but I’m sure I’ll get a “sorry for your bad experience, maybe it will be better next time” comment, but I can guarantee you there’s not gonna be a next time for me, sad thing is there will be another poor sob that will get done the same way....

Hard to dock,you gotta come in over a scale their trailer in door 13, then 14 your door tight on the nose..you gotta angle it in..I finally got it in..I was two days early I stayed in monee for a couple days...
