These people charged $1335 just to get a guy out of the sand! I’ve been hauling in the oilfield for years and have NEVER paid anywhere near this just to get a driver from being stuck. I’ve paid that to actually get towed to a shop but the guy only needed to be pulled out of the sand! I would definitely never use their services again or recommend anyone to use them! They are extremely overpriced and will try to take advantage of you. I understand getting paid for your services but that’s just ridiculous. On another note they did complete the job, it just costed 2 arms...

I called and within 15 mins the tow truck was there ready to help. Brett was professional and courteous. The man that took my call had excellent customer service skills. Even though they do not give a military discount their prices are reasonably fair. I will use Alliance as my towing company in the future. Very impressed with their service. I had a very good experience with Alliance towing of Kermit. They quickly identified my location, gave me a quote and a reasonable ETA. The driver Ulysses was super professional and kept me updated on arrival time. He went above and beyond the call of duty to minimize my bad day on a Friday night.
