Tortas El Sinaloense — Restaurant in Kermit

I've been coming here for over a year to eat. Well tonight was the worst experience and will never be back! We went with family around 430pm with our kids. Well to start the waitress had a horriable attitude. So after we got our drink we were waiting on our order and we hear our waitress yelling and cussing at her kid loud enough we could all hear it (including the kids). Very unprofessional and when we asked for limes and extra tortillas she just threw them on the table. Worst waitress I ever had. So we didn't tip with that kind of "professionalism". After we paid and walked out she proceeded to come out and start yelling and screaming at us how everything we did was wrong. Well with that kind of experience who would. So I went i to talk to the "manager" about everything and guess who greeted me again. When I first walked in I seen the "waitress" talking to the "manager". So I asked the lady running the register if I could speak to the manager so she went to get her for me and this so called waitress confronted me saying the manager was "to busy to talk to me". And proceed to chew me out again. So NEVER again am I going back. That's a horrible way to run a business and...

Been going here for years , in that time its probably been good a handfull of times , Ive had to wait a long time for a waitress , they have run out of chips and salsa ( watered down salsa), rude waitresses , once this one girl over charged me this was in the drive through I went inside spoke with the manager she couldn't find the order ticket and the girl that took my money claimed I drove off when she was trying to give me my change back , of course thats not true. Ive had my order wrong several times and forget managment jumping in to move things along its really the only place thats popular and has heavy traffic from the oilfield workers good luck trying to get your complaint heard Ive tried all that. Just nothing changes unless another resturant is built there. Better chance of winning...

Came here after a long day under the sun. The chips and salsa were good. Could of used a little more heat. I had the steak ranchero that currently goes for 17.99. It was a thin t-bone steak with just pepper. The best part was that it had a little sour after taste. Which tell me it wasn’t proper refrigerated or it was getting old. The steak lacked flavor big time and it was tuff to cut. Rice lacked spices tasted like white rice. The refried beans were screaming for salt and probably lard. I finished my tea and the waiter never came back to ask if I wanted a refill. Yes it was unsweetened so I had the stir in the sugar. Im sure thats illegal in Texas to serve unsweetened tea.. lol.
