Dollar General — Local services in Kermit

I give this 2 stars only for the fact most staff is friendly. I bought a broken beard trimmer from here. The day manager woman would not return my money or give store credit. One reason she cited was because I tore the box open. What are you going to put a broken item back on the shelf? It was clear that it would not recharge and light did not come on when plugged in but because it buzzed with the little amount of power left in it (it died down when actually trying to trim leaving me with crappy beard cut) she basically told me I was lying. I shopped here several times a week and still would be as it's close to me but now I go to Lowe's and family dollar off of 18/302. Take caution when buying from here. It may be...

Hate these women working because they sat up there & didn’t give us a key to the restroom. We had to ask TWICE. Then had an attitude about giving us the key. My little girl PEED on herself when it wasn’t even an emergency until we had to wait 30 minutes for the key. THEN they couldn’t refund money missing from our account...

For this to be in West Texas. And obsolete area. There is no reason this store should be closing 15 minutes early.. out here with there being nothing around. A 45 minute drive to show up with 15 minutes for 1 thing of soap and told no sorry we're closed...wasted trip will use a gas...
