Don Burrito Restaurant — Restaurant in Kermit

Very poor service. I went yesterday and the waitress should pick another job to do. I don't know her name but a bit older blonde. Went 10-5-21. She asked what I wanted and I asked for tea. She was very rude. She finally brought it and I asked for a straw. She got irritated. I had to remind her twice after that, and finally got the straw when I received my food. She brought salsa but no chips at first and then she said I'll bring your chips in a bit. 5 minutes later.... I ran out of tea and she never offered to refill. I also had to keep waving for the flies to stay off my table. When I finished eating and was waiting for the bill, I counted 7 flies on my plate at one time. That's ridiculous for...

I have to say I don't care how good the food is due to the fact that I sat down at a table for over 15 minutes and did not have one waiter ask me or my wife for a drink order or even hand us a menu, even though the waitress walked pass our table 3 times, and we had to ask for menus from another table there. the staff at the restaurant was truly unprofessional and very messy I will never forget this experience and I will never recommend this this restaurant to anyone I know I would rate this business a zero on a...

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The owner and/or manger is a complete moron. An inside source told me that they will reuse your tortilla chips and salsa if it looks like you haven't touched it too much. Not only is this illegal, its highly unsanitary. They shouldn't be doing this with it being flu season. I'll be contacting Kermit's Health Department and reporting this. If they cut corners here who knows where else they're cutting corners.
