What a horrible experience! I took a brand new pair of brown slacks from Coldwater Creek to be hemmed. This was on a Monday. She wrote my name and phone number down and placed the paper on top of my pants. I had already pinned the pants for her. She told me to come back on Friday. First of all, she left very early on Friday and never called me. When I called her she said she doesn’t remember hemming them! Ugh. I asked her to please meet me at her store so I could come get my pants. When I got there she said she couldn’t find them and told me that I would have to help her find them. Yikes! I started helping her look for my brand new pants but it was obvious they were not there. Her sewing room was a messy disaster. I was shocked in disbelief, I paid $89.00 for the pants. This Asian Market is the only place I’ve found the hill country that sells cold concentrated thai tea. They sell a variety of asian and american candy. The owner also has an alteration shop in the store. She altered my pants in one day and at a very fair price. Her shop is right next to Rio Ranch Restaurant to the right of it. I believe you’ll find many unique and tasty finds at Alterations and Asian Market. I will try to reach out to the business so that the store can be accurately placed on the google map, but in the meantime just remember, it’s right next to Rio Ranch Restaurant. Brought some silk wild rags that’s like a big cowboy bandanna to be altered because they were too big. I wanted them 27 x 27 all three of them were the wrong sizes, and the alteration completely destroyed them. I highly recommend that no one goes to her. I asked her for her name so I could take her to small clams Court. She said go ahead and would not give her name. She called The sheriffs department, and they showed up and harassed me. The woman sheriff was completely ignorant of the law, tried to arrest me for my ID I would not give it, and she never got it by the way, and became very childish.
