This store is surprising. You walk in and it seems like a great place to buy furniture from, however you will wait months to get the furniture and if you ever have a problem with the furniture they do not care. they wait and wait and wait till the customer is so furious that they threaten to contact places like the bbb and take legal actions. they expect you to call them to check the status instead of keeping you updated. I highly suggest not going to this store. They do not know how to run a business and all they care about is getting the money. They don't care if the customer is satisfied or not. I had bought some furniture from there and waited 2 and a half months before they finally delivered it. then when they left and we finally had a chance to sit on the couch we noticed that the recliner part of it was messed up. we contacted them about it and that was 3 months ago and still no word on when they are going to take it to fix it. When calling for updates, kept getting brushed of and told the couch would be in the following week. When it did come in and we wanted delivery, was given the excuse that it was snowing. My husband was having surgery the following day so reluctantly they delivered it.
Less than a year later we called because the cushions were getting flat and out of shape. We were told we could get stuffers put in and the Flexsteel representative would call when he visited within 3 days. The call never came. We called the following week for an update and was told again the Flexsteel person would call the following week. Call never came. Guess what? Over a month later, we are still waiting for that call to come in. In the meantime we called a local upholster and had new cushions put in. The cushions have been replaced for a couple of weeks.

On top of it all, every last piece of "high quality" furniture was damaged. Deep goudges and scratches in the bed, damaged finish on the dressers and a tear in the $1800 sofa. Awesome customer service when your about to write a check. Nonexistent customer service when it comes to "fixing" the issues, which still are not fixed.
