A week or so ago I took my friend to pay her bill. While there I was looking at some phones an possibly getting a plan for myself. While interacting with this employee we could smell a strong stench of marijuana coming off him (thin guy- feminine tone did not get name but never forget his demeanor) after paying my friend went to the gas station next door for aspirin because it was so strong smelling it gave her a headache. I stayed because I had more questions an the smell didn't bother me too much. However I could tell he was high because his answers were so confusing and he didn't seem interested in helping me, in fact, he kept telling me to go to another guy at a different location across town. Seeing I wasn't getting anywhere with stoney, I left. Since I'm visiting and this store is close to the gas station I went back about a week ago an spoke with TIANA. She was so helpful and made more sense thankfully. I did decide to get a plan but just closer to home all accredited to her. Just be aware, and stay away from the high guy you'll only end up frustrated, pushed off on other stores/people. She is why I'm giving a 4 star review...

I went to cricket today because my phone wouldn’t hold a charge and was frustrated and worried and was given the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever received at cricket! I always have a great experience but the lady who was working this morning (I wish I got her name) really just gave me the warmest welcome, was SO helpful, let me use her phone until mine turned on, and made sure I left with a great and reliable charger.
