I recently visited Himalayan Nepalese and Indian fusion and had the pleasure of trying their chili momo and chicken chowmein. Let me tell you, these dishes are hands down the best Nepalese food I have ever tasted!
The chili momo was bursting with flavor - perfectly seasoned ground meat encased in delicate, steamed dough, and topped with a spicy chili sauce that had just the right amount of kick. Each bite was a delightful combination of textures and tastes that left me wanting more.
As for the chicken chowmein, it was absolutely delicious. The noodles were stir-fried to perfection with tender pieces of chicken and crisp vegetables, all tossed in a savory sauce that tied everything together beautifully. It was a comforting and satisfying dish that exceeded my expectations.
The food truck itself had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It's clear that they take pride in their cooking, and it shows in every dish they serve.
If you're a fan of Nepalese cuisine or just looking to try something new and delicious, I highly recommend checking out Himalayan Nepalese and Indian fusion food truck. You won't be...
Read moreFirst time going there last night and the food was PHENOMENAL!! We didn’t know it was a food truck and drove right past it but it’s right next to a little mini mart. The whole set up is so adorable. Reminds me of home!
Anyways, the food is delicious. The spicy levels weren’t what I was expecting, their hot felt more like a medium to me and their extra hot was hot. So be aware of that when you’re ordering.
I wish I took a picture but we set up and inhaled the food as soon we got home. The prices are reasonable and the serving sizes are fairly large. We all had leftovers for lunch the next day.
Their mango lassi is really good! I’m not a fan of mango but that drink is making me reconsider if I truly dislike the fruit or just just how it had been prepared before.
The main dude that helped us has top notch customer service and has a killer smile. Like you just want to smile just cause he’s smiling! He seems like a super happy person and I’m not sure why but that really just added to the experience.
Overall 10/10, our new favorite...
Read moreWe just passed by while the owner was setting up and decided to try out the food and keep in mind it was my first time eating this type of food. We ordered the fried rice, butter chicken masala (mild) and the chicken momo to go, the wait wasn’t long because we were the first customers. When you smell the food without opening it up you can tell a lot of spices and herbs were used the butter chicken masala would end up becoming more spicy if you kept eating. The fried rice was very good for a person who loves fried rice, it was on whole new level for me. And the chicken momo was very good I really like how they incorporated ginger in it, and I can taste tumeric or curry in it which was something new for me. The portions these guys give is a lot which is good bcs some business don’t give portions like that. They also have vegetarian options for people who don’t eat meat. I recommend for people to come try out this place and support...
