Kimball Ace Hardware — Local services in Kimball

The people and service at this Ace Hardware in Kimball can't be beat! I recently purchased a Benelli shotgun from here - Tyler was amazing and helpful throughout the whole process! He was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient with any questions that I had. He didn't make me feel uneducated in any way (unlike the larger firearm shops, who expect you to know EVERYTHING about what you're purchasing and are rude if you don't) and was more than willing to answer any and all the questions I had. Tyler was happy to show me many different options for the type of hunting I was looking on getting into. There was zero pressure to purchase anything and he was just happy to show all of them to me and share what knowledge he had on each one of the shotguns.

All in all, it's a great store with even greater people. If you remember what Walmart was like back in the early 90's before they started selling groceries - this Ace Hardware is comparable to that minus a kids toy section. So glad to have this Ace...

I absolutely love this ACE. I personally know the manager from the gym in town and he is a great guy. I have gone in and purchased a lot of things at this ACE and every single person that has helped me is very nice and courteous.
