Wow! What an incredible 4th of July on our new 2024 MasterCraft X22 from American Water Sports! The entire experience—from start to finish—was top-notch. The staff at American Water Sports were amazing. Heather and Jesse, in particular, were incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and genuinely fun to work with. From late last summer through this summer, they took us out on three different test drives to make sure we found the right fit. Joe was great on our first outing, but ultimately, we chose a different brand based on personal preference. Heather and Jesse were outstanding during the next two drives and really helped us hone in on the perfect choice. What stood out most was the relaxed, no-pressure environment they created. They went above and beyond to ensure my family felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. Their customer service was exceptional—truly catering to our needs and helping us find the boat that checked all the boxes. Every time someone compliments our new boat, I proudly tell them we got it from American Water Sports. I can't recommend them enough!

Update: I need to ADD another 5 star review for the American Watersports! Jesse came over from the shop and helped me with dead battery/starting issue this last Saturday. It’s not very often that I write reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience with Table Rock Boats and in particular my salesman, Taylor. From the moment I inquired about a new Mastercraft, Taylor’s extensive product knowledge was very evident. Every time I asked a question, he not only knew the answer, but also the “why” behind it.

My wife, two friends and I joined Taylor for a test drive and instead of it being a sales pitch, it was a fun afternoon on the lake in which we learned the ins and outs of multiple models and what made Mastercraft a superior product to the competitors I was considering. Taylor even encouraged us to shop the competition, which we did, and quickly realized we were going to become Mastercraft owners.

We ended up purchasing a new X-Star that was completely redesigned for 2018. When we ordered it the X-Stars weren’t yet in production so we had to rely heavily on Taylor’s expertise with similar models to customize our new toy. One of the major benefits to using Table Rock Boats is the amount of combined knowledge the sales crew and the ownership possess. If Taylor didn’t know the answer to our question, someone else on their team would step in to help.

After 7 months of waiting the X-Star showed up and every detail was perfect. We are incredibly happy with our experience with Table Rock Boats and we will, without a doubt, purchase from them again...

My family and I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Mastercraft X-Series from Table Rock Boats and had a tremendous experience from start to finish. Our sales professional, Andy Miller, trailered the boat to us (we live in Kansas City) for a test drive, answered every question, was super helpful with absolutely no "sales-y" pressure. During the purchase process, the team was helpful with suggestions such as where to register the boat (our lake home is in ARK - lower sales tax) and made the process easy. Upon pick up, the boat was fully detailed, and Andy took us out on the water for a 2-hour tutorial on every feature. They also provided all the necessary little things (like ropes, safety throw cushions, etc) so when we docked it the first time, things we forgot were all under the seat waiting for us. A half dozen times I have had questions (this is our first Mastercraft) and Andy has replied almost instantly with the info. When I picked up the boat, Andy shook my hand and said "welcome to the family" and that is really how you are made to feel when you work with this group. Finally - you might expect to overpay for such world class service, but in fact, we found the best price in the 4-state area with Table Rock Boats. I don't give many 5-star ratings, but these...
