We have always enjoyed supporting this community and drive 30 minutes instead of going to Wichita. I am deeply saddened about how my family and I were treated. My young toddler for the first time of us coming there, was told he couldn’t have his baby blanket, something that gives him security and helps him get through sitting for a movie. So my husband returns the blanket to the vehicle, and I am left with my two young children, one who is upset who doesn’t have his blanket as it’s his calming mechanism. The kids are spilling popcorn, I’m trying to clean it up and deal with the kids and their popcorn and trying to pay. They never asked me if I wanted butter on my popcorn. I am obviously overwhelmed and trying to get out of the way. We get to our seats and taste the popcorn and realized it was bland and I didn’t get butter. They refused to add butter, or even give us a small cup to add butter to our popcorn after spending $20 at their concessions .    Read moreThe Kingman Theater is a nice small town theater with friendly volunteer staffing. I've been to two shows in the past month or so. I've enjoyed the experience both times. My wife and I (along with my sister and brother-in-law) especially like the adults-only balcony. The films are easily seen from there. The concessions are good.
