I am so happy we discovered Faerie Tails!! Our pup had started to become a bit nervous with grooming so it had been a while since he had been groomed. When I saw that they offered one on one grooming, I knew it would be a much better fit for my pup. I reached out to schedule and communication was amazing and so kind. Day of the appointment we were welcomed with open arms and I could tell he felt much more at ease right away. A text mid groom assured me that he was doing great and that made me so happy! Maria at Faerie Tails did an amazing job with our one-year-old Australian Shepherd mix Mocha! Mocha can be a little shy in new situations, but she did so well and came out looking (and smelling) great! Her fur is so shiny and soft and her little grinch feet now look perfect! Mocha is a nature girl who loves to hike, swim, and roll around in all sorts of gross things, so it’s nice to have her so clean! Maria is so kind and patient and clearly loves all dogs. I had the best experience at Faerie Tails! I love that Maria takes one dog at a time. My dog is very anxious so I love that there aren’t any other dogs there when he’s getting groomed. I loved that she gave me an option for a bandanda or a bow tie! Seeing my dog in a bow tie was so cute ☺️ Maria was great with letting me know when he would be done and he was ready when I arrived! I loved knowing my dog was safe and in good hands! His tail was wagging the whole time so I know my boy felt safe with Maria which made me so happy!!
