I would rate this place a 3.5/5 stars as how it is with all its type of services. The staff are nice which is something that is good. Here are reasons why I would rate it a 3.5/5.

Service 5/5 • The service here is good as the staff is friendly up to 98% of the time. If you need something there will be able to tell you where it's located.

Prices 2/5 • The Prices is something I would rate a 2/5. The prices of the store are way too expensive as how everything is a dollar expensive than other stores. I understand that they do this as there are no other stores nearby.

Location 5/5 • The location of this store is as good as how they managed to get a Dominos next to it, there is also a Liquor store next to it. The location is also good as it's the only store that has a lot of variety of items here at Santa Fe.

Parking 3/5 • Parking is ok, but there is just a problem as every single parking spot is really tight with others which makes it almost impossible to park 20% of the time. The other parking for people who have a disability is perfect as it makes it better for them to get to the store.

Restrooms 5/5 • The restrooms are often cleaned making them look clean and clean....

If I could give this store a 0 I would the prices are so high and the flys are all over the place and in the 🥐 and the people working there are rude I ask them for 1 lb of meat and they give me whatever they want and I tell them no and they just laugh or they get mad said that the weight machine doesn’t work and u end up paying more for what u ask this store needs attention from the health department they don’t even change gloves to get cheese if they get meat and then u ask for cheese they just grab it like that or they just grab it with their own hands last time I had to give it back to them because this is not ok it will be the last time I buy there especially because the workers are rude and they don’t...

Nice store, clean, well lit, friendly staff members. Prices are somewhat reasonable especially in the meat market. Fresh Meat is individually wrapped by the butcher & counter staff. The store had at least 3 - 4 counter people in the Fresh Meat Dept, so the wait is minimal. The staff are friendly & eager to when picking out & packaging the meat. I speak only English & many of them speak only Spanish but we are able to communicate so I get what I am asking for, at the time. I am going to shop there on Friday evenings before driving home to Conroe, after work. Another interesting feature is outside where individuals sell freshly made tamales & drinks. All in all I really enjoyed my trip to El Faro...
