The next refresqueria — Local services in Kingwood

I am actually writing this review because I did work with the actual owner of this facility. We helped her with the menu and we also helped her with the sign. She just placed an order last week on Friday and came in today to pick up the stickers, and took off without paying for the stickers that she placed. I drove all the way from East Houston to come to Crosby. She is not wanting to answer her phone, and we have called her simultaneously from different phones as well, and she is still not responding. When she had her grand opening, we went out of our way to rush and get all the order completed, so that way she could have what she needed for her grand opening. I had already repeatedly told her that the some of the images she sent us were pixelated. She knew some images were pixelated and due to the turn around time of her grand opening she agreed that it was good to print. She did not want to pay for a new design as it does take time to do design work. She sent in pictures that were pixelated. A few of them were usable. She was upset because they were not clear. I had already repeatedly told her they were not gonna come clear because they were already pixelated. She had said that it was okay. We have a process when it comes to any design work that needs to be printed. The customer has to approve the artwork! Before we print. She had approved the artwork, so therefore it is not our fault. This is very sad, and we will no longer be doing...
