Donut Xpress — Restaurant in Kingwood

Well where do I start the last four times I've been there they've overcharged me and when I asked for a receipt she hesitated to do so. She knew what I was going to go look at, I'm pretty sure. It's like I'm bothering them if I ask for a mustard or some extra napkins. Not all of us can just sit there and give away our money, two out of three times they've left my food cold when it was supposed to be heated up properly. My opinion needs better management and training to attend to customers politely and serve them...

It's like eating hot garbage, at least they heat it up The sausage literally slides out and the jalapenos kolaches have barely any jalapenos or cheese like they say, this store is a joke compared to the new one by the fire station Those people are so nice there Donut Express employees look like they hate it there. And the donuts are literally flavorless if it doesn't have any glaze or toppings and they have no creativity with their donuts at al. I won't be coming back to this establishment again but I hope...
