As a non Spanish speaking individual, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The nails in their photos and reviews were great, and I wanted to finally have the experience of having extra detailed nails for once. I donāt typically get acrylics, because I have weak nails. My nail tech didnāt speak much English. But she seemed okay with my inspo pics, and got my daughter and I a water. Unfortunately- I made the mistake of asking how much the nails would be prior to beginning, because Iād never been here. Pricing wasnāt an issue. I was told $70 with one of the workers translating for the woman working on my nails. Then a customer pointed out to me that they said it would be more- possibly $80. Again- not an issue. I expected around $100. I just ask to prevent being blindsided when itās time to pay. Because I wanted my nails done and a pedicure for myself and maybe my daughter if sheād let them (sheās a toddler.) Then my nail tech was about to trim my nails all the way down and she said āshort or no?ā And I responded no. Then she was visibly upset and was speaking to the customer who helped (said something about not knowing her name) and told her I needed to have them short for the acrylic nails. Then I responded that it was fine and that I wanted them to look nice for my event so it was fine- all with a smile on my face to reassure that itās fine. I know language barriers can be frustrating- as itās just as nerve wracking for me. However- I value the art and wanted nice nails. Well. I asked if I could see the gel x nails before I got the long tips added. She was upset again and called someone, and I can tell sheās unhappy and Iām uncomfortable at that point. I talked to the person on the phone and explained that before I get the long tips added and cutting my natural nail that I wanted to just see the gel x colors they had before I continued and wasted anyoneās time. She talks to her again- Well she didnāt understand and handed me the phone again without even looking at me, and the woman on the phone answered again with, āwhat did you want?ā I then just asked if I could leave and pay for the removal of my previous gel due to being uncomfortable with moving forward. I will say- They didnāt make me pay for the removal.
Iāve never left a salon so upset. Iāve always had language barriers with other places that arenāt extremely fluent in English. Super disappointed, and I wish that the situation wouldāve been handled a bit differently and with grace.
Wishing them all the best in their business going forward. I hope they donāt treat anyone else that way. A smile alone can go a long way.

First I called up there to see how much the prices were to get my nails done and I was told one price then after I got up there and it took two and a half hours to do my nails the price more than doubled. The lady who had given me their prices went to another room to take a nap apparently because she was snoring very loudly. After two and a half hours sitting there getting my nails done and then being charged more than double what I was told it was going to cost after I left I began to observe my nails a little more than I did while I was there and notice that the nails were not even, they were clumpy, none of them were cut to match and overall the whole set was terrible. I called back up to the salon to ask about their pricing since I feel like I was overcharged for something that definitely was not worth what I paid and I was told that each technician has their own pricings and that if I wanted it cheaper I should have asked for someone that isn't as good as she was. First off she was the only one there so she was the only option. Second, she was so unorganized a good amount of the time it took was her digging in boxes to find everything just to do my nails. Overall, had I known then what I know now I would have definitely saved my $70 and gone anywhere else. I truly feel like I was ripped off and wasted my time and money and ended up with a sloppy nail job and not even close to satisfied or pleased. Now I'm left with the task of trying to fix then myself or pay someone else to fix what I've already paid...

I set an appointment for 1pm for a pedi I arrived at 1256 she said if I could give her max 10 minutes and sheād be ready! Ofcourse not a problem ofcourse that was until it had turned 1:30 and I hadnāt even been sat in the pedi chair and she had provided no further update or communication, I believe they started to see me get antsy because finally around 145 I was placed in a massage pedi chair the water was very cold I had asked for it to be warmer which she tried but didnāt help, she was not done with the other client so I was again just sitting there waiting no communication with a massage chair that wasnāt plugged in so couldnāt even enjoy a massage until finally around 2 pm she had finally started on my pedi and plugged in the chair so I could have a massage. My pedi? Yeah it was over by 2:15 the fastest pedi Iāve ever had. Less than 15 minutes to do both of my feet.
