We live in Texas, so tacos are a dime a dozen around here. But let me tell you this place is good! So good! The tortillas are hand made and fresh and the barbocoa was delicious. The hot sauce, is HOT and ADDICTING! I was not sure about stopping in The Food Zone, but let me tell you I'm so glad I did! Some places only accept cash, but this place takes card with a 5 dollar minimum. It's really good yall. Go try it! Also the sweet girl taking my order was so kind and amazing. Go eat here!!!

My husband and I got huevos rancheros... Salsa was delicious and spicy! It's my favorite. PERO, the eggs were gross and overcooked. The potatoes were stinky, shriveled, and looked old. The beans were delicious, tho. Also, the tortilla is supposed to go underneath the over easy egg and then topped with salsa. 😇❤️ Unfortunately we will not be eating here anymore.....sad. It was my favorite Mexican breakfast place.

Just look at the mess in these photos. This is their fajita quesadilla! They served me this on MOTHER'S DAY. Grease and water at the bottom of the box made the tortilla soaked, and it tasted terrible. The vegetables had to be thrown away. Most of this was trashed. This is not the 1st time we have received this, but it will be our last. We used to love it here. Save your money. We work too hard for it.

Since I’ve first gone there in 2019. The tacos towards the end of 2020 have changed a bit. $10 wasted. Not sure if it’s because they’ve changed owners or because they’ve changed the workers.

Came in today on 5/13/2022 and the tacos still aren’t that great. I’m not too sure what happened. But for $22 and some change. We should be eating some of the best tacos that we’ve ever eaten. I’ve never paid so much for tacos. Also, my husband couldn’t even eat his charro beans. They literally tasted weird. We had to throw them out and I threw mines out before even trying them. The look alone was not even pretty. Anyways. I think this is it. I’ll just have to be finding a new taco truck/place for us. Because we love tacos. Just not from this place anymore and it was once my favorite place close to home. Use to stop here every morning for tacos. Now. I’m done giving them chances. No more support from my family. They only cook their best for certain people. Others get whatever but still have to pay the same...

Their food is yummy and never misses, however I think they are unfortunately understaffed. I waited 30 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready in 15. I had some modifications that I asked for when I placed the order online and they were not honored, which is okay, the main meal was perfect. I just know they are so understaffed they are rushing and not reading orders correctly and they might do it to the wrong person who will get very upset. I feel bad for the 2 ladies working there trying to keep up with online , in person and phone orders. Whoever runs this truck please provide them with more help, specially on a weekend morning!!!!
