United States Postal Service — Local services in Kirbyville

This post office is HORRIBLE! Our mail carrier on lakeside dr is HORRIBLE! He often does not take our mail, 5+ times we have had packages with tracking numbers that say out for delivery and our mail person just doesn't deliver them. When he gets back to the post office he will scan them delivered or he'll say something was blocking his way to delivery. We live on a very small street, NO ONE EVER PARKS ON OUR STREET. NO ONE! We have three, THREE, driveways so there is obviously a place to pull in he just doesn't. We have informed delivery so I see what's supposed to be delivered everyday, we rarely get all our mail. I have complained probably 4 or 5 times but he still does what he wants. Once when I called to complain I was told sometimes the mail carriers didn't have all the mail in one place in their truck so they may have to come more than once when they find more in the back of their truck but he doesn't do that, he doesn't come back. Person on duty treated my wife like garbage. She asked for a package that was shown delivered by the vendor three days prior. He walked in and out the back ( obviously not looking for anything) and then with allot of attitude told her they had nothing like that and she needed to contact the vendor. Vendor assured us the package was delivered there on Saturday. To add to this when I went down asked for the package he returned with "hadn't someone already been here" . After telling him who I was and that I was there to see who treated my wife so poorly he refuses to give me his name. One of the absolute WORST postal services in Texas; we're talking third-world levels of incompetence. The collective IQ of the staff must barely break 80.

Your TRACKED packages go missing all the time.

Your mail sits in their nasty personal vehicles.

They are LAZY and will HONK so they don't have to get out (sorry sleeping babies and night-shift workers).

They leave packages where they can get wet or seen from the road for no reason at all.

The Post Master is a complete JOKE and runs the entire sh*t show; he replaced a MUCH more competent Post Master, who retired.
