Today I had one of the most wholesome experiences at a board game store. Not to say other places are not nice but Felix is at another level. As I just walked in for my first time, Felix came by and I said “How is it going?” he replied gently, extended his hand for a firm handshake and introduced himself. I am a LOTR LCG fan and he basically walked me through the store and checked prices on all of the products they have in that genre including sleeves and game mats. Their price is very competitive, even cheaper than Amazon on some games so I have their website and the store on my radar that I am looking forward to making some purchases going forward. I also overheard from a chat between Felix and a 5 year old young boy, he said “Do you remember me? You gave me three free Pokémon cards.” Then they exchanged a fist bump. We visited the store for the first time today (no idea how we never knew about their old location as we live so close by) and I was really impressed. This place has an amazing selection. The prices were excellent too - less than normal (full) retail price. Both the owner and the other employees were very friendly and helpful. My daughter was interested in Warhammer 40k but I was concerned about the complexity since she's only seven years old, so they suggested a simpler tabletop game (Battletech) for us to try first. I also found a Pokemon set my wife has been trying to find for months. My only suggestion: guys, get yourself a nice big sign! Your store is great and it will help people know you're there. We'll definitely go back.

Update: We've been back numerous times and continue to get excellent service from all of the employees here. They continue to have the best selection of paint and paint supplies of any of the stores...

It is so awesome to have a game store in our neighborhood! (Just 3 miles away) I stopped in there twice yesterday, their prices on books are great. I got myself the Vampire the Masquerade Fifth edition Players Guide and snagged the London source book for my storyteller. The second trip may have been an excuse to take my wife up there. I'm looking forward to going there to play games in the future, there's lots of tables. When I went back in the evening there were a bunch of folks painting minis and some people setting up some kind of war game.
