I cannot express how amazing my experience was at the Florida Cosmetic Center- Celebration office. When I was In my 20's I had several Botox/fillers from various doctors, and nurses and never got the results I was looking for. I decided to give it another go, and did some research, and came across FCC. My first visit to the office I met both Dr. Pasha and Sophia-- who both showed me respect, courtesy, and attentiveness. After my first session of Botox, I was receiving compliments everywhere I went on how great my face looked. So, I decided to schedule another appointment for facial fillers. The practicing nurse in the room, Shiva, made me feel calm and at ease, she was awesome! Dr. Pasha took his time, in each area that I spoke with him about. He did exactly what I wanted, and spent over an hour, taking his time, to really bring out the areas (lips, chin, jaw line, cheeks) in which I wanted to enhance. He is truly an artist of the face! He is board certified and is at the top of his game! The injection process did not hurt at all (unlike past experiences with other injectors). It has been over a week since the injections and I LOVE the way my face looks. It looks natural too! Last but not least, Miss Sophia, the beauty advisor/director of operations, delivered the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in a long time. She spent time, taking pictures of my face, and listening to my concerns, as well as offering suggestions, too. She truly cared about the results I was looking to achieve. The best part was, I was able to text and call Sophia, anytime, to discuss my post-injection anxiety and concerns. She went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. This review is solely for the Lakeland location with the nurse practitioner. I was not thrilled with my first experience, the vials were taken out of the fridge, no labels showing, no real mapping done. She just did my entire forehead with two injection points, my 11's with two injection points, so on. It was not what I was accustomed to. My normal injector had a tray with the Botox boxes and vials, clean syringes lined up and ready to go and extensive mapping. My skin looked radiant. Not the case here. A month later and still move and look like I never had any injectables. When I went in for my follow up, I went to walk in and she slammed the door shut. She had another patient, which I understand an appt can go long, but no acknowledgement that I had arrived or concern that I was even there. She ended up being 30 minutes late for my scheduled appt and not even an apology. I had to ask if she could change the soiled chair cover before I would sit down. I let her know my concerns with still having movement at my 11's and dao's. She said the 11's looked good and she went to inject my dao's. I had to ask her to get off of her phone conversation before she injected me. She had her phone pinched into her shoulder talking while she came at my face with the syringe. Also, when she was filling her syringe, she was trying to get the last drop of a vial and then just grabbed another open vial from the fridge. She just wanted to be done with me. No before and after, no looking into my chart to see or log any information, just a few units on my doa's and sent me on my way. After waiting 30 mins, she spent a total of 5 mins with me. I regret coming here. It was a complete waste of my money. I just couldn't believe how unprofessional the whole situation was. In the 5 mins she was with me, she answered 3...

Updated: We have come to a reasonable agreement and have settled this issue. A refund for a large portion of the unused funds were returned.

I have done laser treatment for 3 years. New to this area, I was searching for a local cosmetic center to do my laser hair removal. I had originally scheduled for a single laser hair removal treatment, which is what I signed the paperwork they sent me 30 minutes before my treatment for. Once I got there the Clinican had discussed the packages. I decided to go ahead and do the half down for the treatment package, as she had said she used the same laser as my previous Clinician which I always had fantastic results from. However, I did not experience the same results, I did not have any results. When I called to ask that they refund the amount paid, less the full price of the treatment I received, dispite being dissatisfied with my results, they stated they had a no refund policy. I explained that I didnt want a refund for services that were rendered, just the funds not used. Still they stated they would only substitute for services. Why would I choose to continue to go for services that I am dissatisfied with results from?. So I paid almost $600 for a single face treatment that was only $149. What an awful way to do business. I will never be back, nor will I recommend this...
