Absolutely not , I am pursuing legal action against this company due to renting a an airbnb with their host “ Max & Ray” .First Grievance Upon booking I was in contact with the host before booking however the host failed to tell me before I booked , that I was booking late and check in would not be until 6 even though that is not stated anywhere in the listing. The host purposely waited until I paid to tell me I can not check in until 6. 2ndly , the Living room Tv has a temperance warning on it that was on the tv the entire stay which is in a common area where we are all together . I let the host know about the issue right away which they informed me that they would have to contact the cable company when its clearly not a cable issue. It never went away. 3rdly , Around midnight the wifi disconnected and didn’t return on until morning , the listing did not say that the wifi is timed and had I known this I would have booked elsewhere because I am a business owner and I require wifi around the clock. I reached out to the host again and they stated that they did not “believe “ it was and gave me a list of task to do to turn it on which I had already tried and conveniently in the morning it returned on . When I reached out to get the wifi information initially I was given the wrong network and wifi password which I found very odd. The most disturbing thing that happened to me and my family( which 2 women includes 3 girl children) was we went to go the waterpark to find that the host or staff of the host had come into the airbnb without my consent or even a courtesy to let me know someone would come and left a book with a VILLAKEY home guide and stuck a sign on the wall that was not their previously.Also all the lights were mysteriously turned off upstairs when my personal items were , underwear, credit cards etc . I contacted the host once again where he admitted they came in and wasn’t aware that they had guest which I absolutely do not believe . It is your airbnb and your responsibility to know which of your properties are occupied, I was extremely paranoid and could not sleep as my privacy and my children’s have been invaded. I do not even believe the host is authorized to airbnb the home because when I asked for the wifi they gave me a completely different wifi Network Name and password . Offered no sympathy as if it was intended while we were gone . No cameras or sensors were listed however, they came in while i was gone .All photos of proof...
Read moreI made a reservation with Villakey for a home for my sons birthday trip . I paid in full for the reservation at the time of booking . After I paid for my reservation they sent an email to say that one of the property amenities wasn’t available . (The water park ) this is only after I specifically booked the water park property for my sons birthday . Although it was disappointing, I let that issue go . The morning of my check in , I received a text with the access information for the home . Shortly after , I received a message that the home wasn’t available , and I could not check in due to a maintenance issue . This was AFTER they took full amount out of my bank account , and AFTER they gave me access information to the door .
I called them and they said not to worry and that a supervisor would place us somewhere comparable or better . (I had rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath place . ) She said they were working on securing the spot and it shouldn’t be long . My kids and I were at the airport with no place to go by this time.
Well, the supervisor called back later to say that they couldn’t find anything else , but she could help me book a HOTEL on booking.com. I explained to her that I was traveling with kids and didn’t want to stay at a hotel which is why I booked the place I did ahead of time . She said there was nothing more she could do .
I had to find my own lodging for the weekend and it cost me much more than expected to find a home the day of check in. The entire first day of our vacation was spent in a panic trying to find somewhere to go . They didn’t offer any compensation, barely an apology for the inconvenience . They did nothing at all to help me, even though it was no fault of mine that they cancelled my reservation right before check in . Now it’s Tuesday and I’m still waiting on my refund . I called them and they said it should come in 3-5 days . Don’t book with this company . They take your money and don’t deliver as promised , and then you have to wait for them to give the money back for something you paid for and...
Read moreThis property is a perfect home from home. All entrance codes and access details are sent in good time to enter the home. On entering you are greated with a large hall way leading to a fantastic bedroom with 2 x double beds and a large bathroom area. you also have a garage area with a washing machine and dryer with a space to dry any clothes. On the first floor you have a spacious open kitchen, WC, dining and living room. HUGE TV and small balcony. On the top floor the master bedroom has a super king bed and large en-suite with shower, bath and double sinks. Up the hall you have another bedroom with 2 x double beds. Facility wise the complex has everything you need. The communal swimming pool is heated and has entertainment most days which is great fun. To one side there is a hot tub (very hot) and a childrens pool. Bar is well priced and sitting area faces Kraken and Mako rides at Seaworld. Walking distance there is a walgreens for any medication and other bits. 2 min drive and you have pizza restaurants, coffee and a Publix convenience store.
The location is perfect I’ve been to Florida 21 times and I wish I’d found this place earlier. Leaving the complex and turn right towards the I4 Disney is approximately 15-20 drive with traffic. Leave the complex and turn left Universal is a 5 minute drive. You can see Seaworld from the complex so that’s how close that park is.
Management wise I honestly couldn’t praise these guys enough considering we moved our holiday twice due to Covid there was never a problem. The VRBO app was a great platform to message and Max was always right back to you super quick. We purchased our Park tickets before leaving the UK but on arrival we could of also purchased tickets through the team. I’m currently looking to return in 2023 and I’m hoping to find the right size property at the right price, if these guys can help then we are BACK.
