If I could give TEN stars I would, I'm a difficult customer and OCD for details. From my first interaction with them, customer service was outstanding. This type of personalized service is extremely rare for this and any other industry. I don't remember being treated this good at some of the best hotels i've stayed at. Others considered in the running, LVJ, DJI, Lyris did not stand a chance against this team. Now onto the execution, they delivered every single detail I requested on my cuban. Tight links not to bubbly, not too flat, measurements on point; perfect. A solid bada$s piece. They kept me updated at every step of the game. They answered every single question within minutes of my messages; nobody else does that. They delivered on the day they said they would. Prices very competitive. Another jeweler conceded that he could not match the price, and I got a great deal. On top of everything, they remembered it was my birthday and made sure to remind me I was a valued customer and got icing on the cupcake. I initially purchased a Monaco Chain and a Cuban bracelet for $4,700 on Saturday. However, over the weekend, I decided to return and upgrade the chain for a higher-quality, more substantial one, prepared to spend significantly more. Less than two days later, on Monday, I returned to the store, not seeking a refund but rather store credit to supplement with additional funds for the upgrade. I explained that the original item wasn’t the right fit for me and that I was willing to invest more for a superior product. Unfortunately, the store not only failed to honor their store credit policy but also refused to allow me to spend more money for an upgraded item. Instead, they imposed a $500 fee on my purchase price or limited store credit redemption to select items only. Despite my respectful approach and readiness to make substantial purchases, they did not accommodate my request. I caution others to exercise caution when shopping here, as they seem unwilling to honor their own store policies or facilitate upgrades to purchases.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Gold Minor and their amazing staff. This jeweler was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The ladies there are incredibly helpful, especially Lesly. She is amazing with communication, has fantastic taste, and was so helpful in picking out a ring for my wife.
