Galaxy Pizza and Subs — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I have been ordering from this company for years the food has been perfect and the staff has been wonderful with no issues and no problems, since we've been ordering from this company for years we have noticed that the price on everything goes up and we are getting less meat on the subs every time, I ordered three subs today all three subs being different one of them when I got home had onions on it which I did not want I called them and told them my issue and I said and asked would you replace it and they said no, the subs were made exactly how they were ordered and I said but one has onions on it that was not ordered and she said sorry , hearing this from them this is very very sad news because we've been supporting their business for years after hearing this today we will no longer be supporting...

I visited this place a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I ordered my pizza, the woman at the counter handed it to me directly—without a tray or box—just a thin tissue to hold underneath. The pizza was extremely hot, and I ended up burning my fingers trying to carry it. When I told her I couldn’t hold it because it was too hot, she let out a big, loud “ugh” and just placed it on the table without offering any real help.

On top of that, we weren’t given a pizza cutter or anything to slice it with. The pizza itself was very greasy and honestly didn’t taste that great either. Overall, the food was disappointing, but the service was what really made the experience really worse.

Wow! This Pizza Place is a hidden gem. Im so happy that this place is near to home. The flavors here are delicious, unlike anything I've tasted in the area. 😄

From the first bite, I could tell that this place is something special. The sauce is bursting with flavor and the toppings are fresh and savory. It's clear that a lot of love and care goes into making these pizzas. On top of all that, if there’s leftovers just know, it tastes just as great the next day 😋
