I took my car there on September for a regular oil change, aware that the brakes and thermostat needed to be changed, I was told the part that contains the oil was burnt and needed replacing, I did it with no hesitation, as well as the front brakes change, my husband asked for a diagnose on the car to be done just to be sure nothing else needed replacement, we were told nothing else was wrong, me and my husband took the car home knowing this, a couple days later, the car starts leaking and since me trusted them and WE KNEW the thermostat needed a change (not because they told us, since the diagnose we requested came back clean afterwards), we took it back and as we knew, the thermostat needed replacement, we paid and took the vehicle back, we were charged for the part and the coolant needed as the thermostat replacement would leave the car without any, when we left it there the second time my husband once again asks for a diagnose of the vehicle, and once again, we were told everything was fine, we drove the car as normal until one day we were driving it and every single alarm on the car goes off, in the middle of the highway we had to pull over and wait for a towing home. When we take the vehicle back to the shop, we are told 3 different things from 3 different people, first, that some part on the engine was damaged but they didn’t know what part exactly, second, that the cap of the engine was damage cause we drove the car without any coolant, and third, the spark plugs were full of liquid and water got on the engine system and that this could have happened since it’s normal wear and tear, important to mention we got that engine done new in 2023, all 3 stories matched on one thing: the car was out of coolant when we took it out, ironic since we replaced the thermostat and paid for the coolant that the car needed after. We asked for them to take responsibility of what was done since the vehicle was working perfectly fine until we took it to that place, and the reason for the engine to fail the way it did was because of a mistake someone there did by not putting coolant on my car, we spoke to the owner who even told my husband “there’s no need of being ironic, I’m also upset about this” when we asked for answers, we asked to see the cameras and verify that they put coolant on the car after the change, and we were told no cause the videos only last for 30 days, (even tho the replacement happened 23 days before), when we came back after the story changed to the videos only lasting 14 days and she still offered a quote on replacing the engine for $4.3k, needless to say I honestly wanted to laugh at how irresponsible and shameless can someone be when ALL the stories we were told guided to one answer: THEY DIDNT PUT THE COOLANT WE PAID FOR ON MY CAR AFTER THEY REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT. I had to leave my car there and try to find someone who would buy it without an engine, so thank you guys, you rock, and “I’m sorry” for being ironic about you...
Read moreI brought in a set of rims for my project ’96 Mustang. Before leaving the shop after the install, I noticed one of the rims had been freshly damaged. The staff reviewed the installation footage from inside the shop, and all the techs denied causing the damage. However, this clearly wasn’t old damage and does not match the wear of the existing damage
The manager on shift was courteous and helped refer a repair shop. After I paid their referral, Dr. Rim, she offered to help with cost of repair. I acknowledge there were light scrapes on the rim beforehand, but this new damage could only have happened while the shop had these rims
Somehow, they damaged my key in the process as well and it gets stuck in the ignition.
As a Marine veteran, I hold honesty and accountability in high regard. Unfortunately, no one took responsibility for the damage, and based on this experience, I do not plan on returning or recommending their services.

Read moreI just want to say that I almost didn’t want to leave a good review just so nobody else finds out how amazing this place really is when it comes to customer service, service, work ethics and prices. I hope they never get comfortable like other companies do when business is going good and gets well known. So now, about the service... I went in for a quote to see and compare prices but ended up getting all the things done my car needed. I have a CLA 250 which some of you will know service to this vehicles are NOT cheap! I changed all rotors and disc pads, and a full synthetic oil change which was only $60. + tax. They took one of my tires off because it was leaking air badly, resealed it and mounted for only $10.00. Yes as some of the reviews say, they take a long time but pls understand must of the time it’s better like that for you know they doing it right! I went in Monday 1:30pm and they got done by 5:15pm same day. For the amount of work done to my car, I thought that was pretty good! The next day, they called me in because the mechanic working on my car said that he had left one of the rear break sensors unchanged and that he had to installed the new one. He definitely earned my respect and loyalty by doing that. Thank you JC Tire & Auto and the mechanic...
