Avoid! Would never do business here again. Believe the company tried to have my review hidden. So I'm trying to upload again.

Check better business bureau to see real experiences this company has 1 star in multiple states and is flagged by the better business bureau in some of them and by consumer affairs.

I Bought 2 mattresses for over $4,000 total and I can't even go into details with the amount of problems I had with this company.

I paid over $4,000 for two new mattress and they delivered me a used "floor model" claiming it was a "mistake." A couple days later they delivered me another mattress. This one was covered in what looked like black powder and was clearly dirty. The date stamped on the mattress was over a year old and the mattress was dented over 2ft ling in the springs on one side of the mattress.

At that point I was told "they were out of stock of my mattress" it was obviously they trying to pawn a floor model off on me and then a used/defective mattresses by no mistake.

My mattress was back ordered. For 1 week so I went without a mattress. I was told I'd receive a "compensation" and called the store back for it and was told "the manager was out." After weeks no call back. While on that call I asked since I had all of the problems could they take my old box springs (they didn't tell me box springs voided by warranty) and that I needed a bed frame. I found this out from the manufacturer and the sales person said "sure." I could tell by the tone of his voice he was obviously lying.

Delivery people showed up with my "white glove service" stinking of marijuana and no white gloves. It was raining that day and my family member asked if they could put some covers on their shoes to protect our carpet because there was mud/dirt outside and he was told by the "white glove" delivery people "you can always reschedule." The mattress was delivered and they walked around in my house for 25 minutes instead of just taking the box springs they had to call "corporate" who refused.

Again I can not even go into all the details of amount the of problems with this company but before reading these blazing good reviews take a real look at the seller on the better business bureau to learn the truth about...

Do not—and I mean absolutely do not—waste your time or money ordering over the phone from this store and having something shipped to your house. I ordered a mattress over the phone from the Kissimmee location and paid for it on the 11th. I was told it would arrive in a few business days, with the latest delivery date being the 15th.

Two days after the 15th, I called the store because I hadn’t even received tracking details. They told me they had no way to track it. No way to track a $1,700 bed? That’s unbelievable. More time passed, and by the 20th, I called again—still no answers. Five more days went by, and on the 25th, I was demanding answers they simply weren’t providing.

By the 26th or 27th, I’d had enough. I decided I just wanted a refund and would buy the bed off Amazon. On the original order date, the 11th, Amazon was already showing the mattress could be delivered by the 23rd. The District Manager, Jayce, eventually learned about my situation and assured me he’d handle everything and call me back. So, I went ahead and purchased the mattress from Amazon.

I never received a call back about the refund. Instead, they suddenly “found” my shipment, and the mattress showed up at my house. Today, I received an email with nothing more than a generic apology for the inconvenience—and still no refund. Now I’m stuck with an extra bed I have nowhere to put.

The unprofessionalism here is baffling. When a district manager says they’re going to do something and then doesn’t follow through, it raises serious concerns. As a veteran, I can say this: if you’re one of the many service members moving to the Orlando/Kissimmee area for the new unit and looking for a bed—or several beds—for your home, save yourself the money, headache, and wasted time. Go to a different store, or better yet, just order...

My best mattress buying experience!!!! I stopped by Mattress Warehouse today (June 27, 2025) just to check prices and options for a new mattress, but I ended up buying one because the deals were too good to pass up! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. Ahmed Velez was highly professional, friendly, and really listened to what I needed. He even showed me a machine that scans and analyzes your body to recommend the best mattress. It was such a helpful tool that made my mattress selection easier. Glen was also fantastic! He walked me through the credit application process patiently and made everything stress-free. This place is truly a great find! It’s located at 1301 Flora Blvd, Ste 100, Kissimmee, FL 34741, right at the corner of N. John Young Parkway and Flora Blvd, across from the Regatta Bay Apartments. It might not stand out so much from the outside, but inside, you’ll find top-name brand mattresses, adjustable beds, great prices, and service that really stands out. I’m so glad I stopped by!
