Steve's Place Pawn & Loan — Local services in Klamath Falls

So I’ve never really had the mindset that pawn shops are reputable, trustworthy, friendly etc and just chalked it up to that being how the industry is in general until I came here. I just moved K Falls and wanted to unload some camera gear. Not only were super upfront about the difficulty they’ll have selling it and not to expect much for it and offered alternatives for selling that wouldn’t even be lucrative for them out of sheer honesty but they ALSO ended up giving me more than I was actually expecting. This was hands down the best pawn shop experience I’ve ever had. Doesn’t even matter who you’re talking to because they all seem to have the same standards for their customer service and those standards are high to say the least. I had my daughter with me and ended up buying a TV while I was there (super nice tv for a really good price btw) and they even offered to load it up for me so I could load my kiddo. I never leave reviews but I had to speak up on this experience because they taught me that you don’t have to be a shady dick to run a pawn shop haha thank you guys! I’ll definitely never be going to any other shop for my pawn...

Hello Klamath Falls and surrounding areas! I have to say that the service I experienced at Steve's Place was absolutely Amazing. I went in this week because I was about to lose my place if I couldn't come up with my rent in full and had been to absolutely every location I could think of and was told No sorry not interested... Needless to say I was about to give up when I saw Steve's Place and stopped in, they had 5 minutes to closing. I explained my situation and was so ecstatic when the man behind the counter said let's see what we can do... I just can't say thank you enough and my experience was one of the best! Most shocking of all was the fact that the man behind the counter wasn't worried about the time... He stayed open 35 min after closing to assist me!!!! Thank you so very much and I hope everyone can get to experience customer service like I did, AS IT...

I have been doing business with pawn shops for at least 30 years. I had been stressing cuz I felt I lost two of my favorite guitars and I called them today to plan on paying full price once they put it on for sale. I was shocked when the associate told me they would extend it to the end of the month which I will get paid way before then and come and take him out without having to pay the price that would be on them if they were on their stand to sell. They saved my two favorite guitars and I owe them tremendously. I have never had a pawn shop take care of me like this pawn shop has for me they have my utmost respect continued business and to let you all know this is the place to come and be treated fairly. Thank you Steve from the bottom of my heart and I can't wait to hold on to my guitars...
