Avoid This Company at All Costs

After years of loyal business and spending thousands of dollars with this company, I am appalled at the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I experienced. I called to get my semi-truck pulled out of a rut after trying to free frozen trailer brakes. The night before, their dispatcher quoted me $250/hour and instructed me to call back at 7 a.m. for assistance.

The next morning, I spoke with a man named Rob, who was condescending and rude from the start. When I asked about the price, he abruptly told me it was $350/hour and snapped, “I don’t know what she told you, but it’s $350. Do you want me to do it or not?”

Wanting clarity, I called back to explain that we had a long-standing business relationship, and their rates had previously been adjusted based on that. Another man picked up (who may have been the same guy, not sure), identified himself as the owner, and flat-out refused to honor the original quote. He rudely stated, “GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. I don’t care what she told you. It’s 7 a.m., and I don’t have time to argue.” Then he hung up on me!

Despite this, they still dispatched a driver to my location, which I thought was odd and bold. I declined their services immediately. Another company ended up pulling me out for $165 without the drama.

This business is rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t value its customers—even long-term ones who’ve spent thousands of dollars with them. Save yourself the headache and find a company that respects you and your time. Avoid them...

We can only speak on our experience. We can't speak for anyone else. We moved here from Virginia back in March. We reside in one of the subdivisions Knightdale/Raleigh line. So long story short we've been having issues with how our neighbors are parking. We inquired with the local law enforcement. We were advised that's not their jurisdiction considering we live in a subdivision. Much different from what we are accustomed to. However after speaking with the HOA or homewowners association we were advised they had a contract with local towing companies. Unbenounced to us we contacted this tow company. We've done business with many places since we moved here. Including but not including restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas etc. And so far we have had great experiences. Unfortunately 😔 when I called this establishment to inquire. The individual In which I won't call the name. I don't understand how that individual could possibly be employed. She was the. Most rude and unprofessional person I have spoken to since we moved here. I will say this although we really didn't get the help we needed. But just the fact that individual could have educated us More. But in a professional and friendly manner they did not. Unfortunately if we ever needed a tow in the future we would not and could not recommend this establishment. But we're a family and for now we're here to stay. But we will steer clear away...

At Triangle Town Center, 8:20pm

I was picking up a takeout order. My order was large and I asked the restaurant if I could park outside their front entrance to load up as I have one arm and the trip would've been atleast 2 back and forths (Plus they were closing so I was trying to be quick)

There is no handicap pickup / dropoff which is why I made this request.

In the time it takes to park, walk into the restaurant and start carrying my bags out....they tow my car ( '15 BMW if it matters).

This isn't the part I'm mad about.

This is:

I get them to come back, explain everything going on and they told me they didn't care.

Then they refuse my card payment (stating they felt I was going to do a charge back - I offered AMEX and Visa) and tell me that they only have a cash payment to get my car.

The only ATM close by was locked in the closed mall. The driver said some nasty things and that he was going to take it back to the lot and charge double.

They did take it to their lot in Wendell and when I get there, I have to argue my way back down to the $150...where I end up paying with a card anyway!

This whole order took 10x the time with the same...
