Bowl-Away Lanes — Local services in Knox

My wife called and talked to a guy and the guy told her it would be 25 per lane because we were going to be bringing 6 kids and 4 adults but didn't tell us how long or how many games we get for the 25 dollars and when we called back to see a woman pick up and we ask to talk with the guy she refused to give him the phone and was very rude way to run a business being rude to a customer and you wonder why bowling alleys are going out of business it's because of rude people that are running the place and how they talk to future paying customers way to run a business keep on going that way you will run that business right into the ground because no one will do business with you being rude to them like that and by the way there are a lot of bowling alleys that do speicals all the time to draw in customer's but keep running your business the way you are and watch your business will be closed sooner rather than later I'm just saying by the way here is some advice take it or do what you want with it start being a heck of a lot nicer to people on and off the phone and do what other bowling alleys do and offer speicals to draw in crowds because the one's that do have a nice sizes crowds and they are going to be in business for a long time and the one's like yours are the ones that fail and owing money to banks and other vendors that put trust in your bowling alley or just nearly braking even just remember that by the way you have yourself...

Lane didn't work over and over, the lady blamed our kids even though we've been bowling 20 times and we've never had a issue...... We ended up finishing the game and apparently it was a special because it was only $8 for 2 kids to bowl on a Wednesday. No wonder stuff wasn't working right lol we had to beg for a different lane and it worked fine..... Same kids, same bowling ball, same everything except the lane change. Not so sure it's profressional or appropriate to blame a customer for your old failing...

Had my daughter's 6th birthday party here. The owner was very friendly and helpful on helping us get things together for the party. He was also helpful with the kids, as far as getting the Arcade games going for them and getting them change to play.
