Empolyee held my i.d. owner is lying to save face/Employees yelled and screamed when I didn't buy cigarettes. They had a horrible attitude. We're extremely rude and when I decided to just go somewhere else, they started screaming and yelling even as I walked out the doors. Loud enough u could hear them outside. Had to reopen the door just to yell don't follow cuz one of them thought it was a good idea to leave the counter and walk towards the door. Extremely unprofessional and they kept instigating problems. I called later just to be screamed at when I mentioned I was in earlier. Then the owner blocks me on facebook because he didn't want to deal with it. I tried to contact him and talk but he just gave general responses and then blocked me. I had my girlfriend and child in the car who could hear them screaming. I have never had to full grown women act so childish while on the job. I tried to give the owner a chance to resolve it but blocking me was just even more childish. If u go here and the employees are having a bad day then u risk them verbally insulting and verbally assaulting you, then the owner will ignore it so he doesn't have to deal with it. Go at ur own risk. I wasn't going to post anything review wise but he blocked me and left me with no other choice of contact. This was 2 different employees working together who both started in together. This part is after his reply. I had my i.d. this had no part in it and the owner said they reviewed the cameras. He did not or is now lying. I had to find my i.d. in my wallet since it wasn't at the front. It took me less than 10 seconds to find it. I took it out which would be on camera. The employee even reached for it which would be on camera. The owner has tried to say they can refuse services as an excuse when I'm the one who walked out the door without being asked. I was yelled at because I was leaving without buying from the rude employees due to their attitude, which was stated when i walked out. This owner is now lying on Google. Is now denying what happened on camera even tho they said they watched it. This is all proof of their own actions to avoid any sort of problem that they caused. Blocking people, lying. Encouraging screaming and insulting customers. Being manipulative about their words due to not wanting to deal it. I hope people like this grow up. Blocking me and just ignoring the issue is what caused this. I tried to solve it reasonably by messaging first. This was the owners own choice in leaving ways for me to contact, in a public setting because private was blocked. This shows how far the immaturity continues when it could of been handled reasonably and privately. Saying sorry and then Blocking someone is not respectful. I do agree I'm rather p.o. but this has been ongoing because of the childish way they handled it.. they thought Blocking everyone ment nothing could happen. That's just being ignorant. he couldn't even bother to watch the video before replying on here, then again he said he did so back to being manipulative, or just lying. If I had my i.d. in my hand. In the store. And the employee handled it. Then yea it's a lie. It's on his camera too. post the video. Go ahead and post it from me walking in and walking out. Post ur employees screaming, me handing my i.d. post that i walked out without being asked to leave. Go ahead and show u lied and i had my i.d. that or just continue to lie. Not show it proving u had something to hide. Im even encouraging the video. People are allowed to not want service from people who are rude, which happened cuz it took me 5 seconds to find my i.d.I honestly never would of left any review if I wasnt blocked on facebook. I've never had an owner block me cuz I reported an issue. Also never had a owner just give such general im sorry responses and then blame you. Obviously not even looking into it from the nature of those responses. even if i was rude. I was walking out. I wasnt on the job. I had already stated i was leaving and they started screaming, at their job...

This is Shade.Employees including a Manger screamed and yelled at me because I said I said I didn't want cigarettes from them due to their attituteds. Screamed as I was out the door and to the car. Screamed over the phone when I wanted to talk to the owner. All while insulting me. Then the owner blocks me on Facebook because he didn't want to deal with it. I would not go in here for any reason. They are horribly unprofessional, rude. Instigate problems, and then blame you cuz they don't want to be wrong. May possibly pursue legal action due to them being so unprofesional and avoiding to even handle it. Not to mention screaming out the door while my child and girlfriend are in the car. Upsetting her. 2 full grown women decide to act like children because they didn't like something someone said. Then do all this loud enough u can hear it outside. I walked out while being Screamed at. Owner tried to say they refuse service to anyone. I wasnt refused. I was already walking out when they started screaming louder than my child does for a toy. They can block on Facebook but there's always new accounts so that...

Very nice smoke shop that has a large inventory of smoke related items. Seriously, if you name it, they stock it. Exceptional variety of alot of products cigs, cigars, papers, tobacco, wraps, lighters, torches, butane, candy, snacks, burners,bongs, trays, candles, supplements, gum, snuff, ashtrays, jeezzzz Louise it's ALOT. Excellent staff who are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always kind. This smoke shop is a fun place to explore & gathering everything for your specific smoke needs...oh and the novelty items are great as well. You'll be happy you stopped and I can practically guarantee you'll soon be back and eventually be a VIP. A+++++...
