10-56 Brewing — Restaurant in Knox

Today we visited this location in knox. We sampled several beers and ciders. We had the spring rolls and sat and played rummy for several hours. The staff is very friendly, the service was excellent. One of the owners even took the time to discuss the beers with me. We had a great time and will return. They also have live music... 530 to 830 on Saturday nights... and in the summer an outdoor patio area. You will enjoy a visit. Also... they have some delicious and very well rated pizza options which I certainly will try. The cider was raspberry (house made) and the beers were cherry cheesecake, hot chocolate stout, and a peaches and cream. These were from the cooler.... the fruit flavors were a Greenwood brewery called Hoosier and the chocolate stout was Mason brewery out of Maine. It was a great Sunday afternoon...

This is one of my all time favorite breweries! Mike and Erica are fun, welcoming and generous owners! I love the give back nights that they host to help local people facing hardships and sickness. They have Great food! A variety of homemade craft beers to choose from, they usually have a few guest taps as well, and I always enjoy the cider and sangria. There's inside and outside seating, outside games, camp spots, a family room to bring the kids and play games, Live music (that's not crazy loud) on the weekends, and on top of all that you get to bring your dog! It's always worth the trip to Knox. My whole family...

We had such an amazing time while we were passing through here. Absolutely darling outside area where they have live music, games, and a super cozy space to enjoy your time with friends. Excellent beer selection. My husband had a flight and everything was super unique. Can’t remember the beer I had but it was delish. The pizza..:oh good God, the pizza. Fricking delish. We had “the strange” pizza.. dill pickles and sauerkraut!!! I will have dreams of this pizza. The owners were state police officers…I asked what 56-10 meant…it’s the police code for drunken pedestrian…hahaha. Perfect!...
