I placed an order for airbag suspension and paid in full. I was quoted 6 hours for the job. I returned after 5 hours knowing I was early. When I got back I was told “We will try get it done by close of business”. 3 hours later (8 hours total) they come out and say, “You will have to come back, they sent us the wrong part, but your truck is drivable today”. When I expressed my upset because I had driven an hour each way for this appointment, I was told, “You are not mad at us, it’s the supplier”.
While waiting in the showroom the A/C was out completely and it was approximately 90 degrees in there. I was not offered water or use of a restroom, or even kept updated until I was told I had to come back.
When I suggested in the future they should verify they receive the proper parts prior to their customers appointments, I was told “We would have to charge you $200 more to do that.
Now I am thinking they are going to charge me $200 for at most a 15 minute job, yet there is no sincere apology for wasting 2 hours of my time.
I informed the employee I was exhausted about the heat and noise from the jack hammering of the cinder block wall to fix the A/C, (which was obviously out of his control), but the lack of water or offering of restroom facilities since They had gone two hours over their quoted install time was under his control and he could have attempted to make it less grueling.
After dismissing me and trying to argue the wrong parts not being “his fault”. His question to me was, “What do you expect me to do?” I could only reply, “I just told you.”
I explained my needs at the time I purchased the system. I explained, “I want the air bags and an air hose to be able to fill my truck and 27 foot trailer tires. After the follow up install, I was not provided the air hose or told where the connection was. After searching my truck and going back inside, I was shown the tank was mounted under the middle of my truck with no air line access. I am expected to crawl under my truck to connect the much too short air hose. They did text me a link to purchase the parts I need.
Last gripe… I was told this was a remote system with a remote AND I could control the system with my phone. They assured me they would sync my phone to the system. They did not do this, I was so frustrated I just left. I ended up working on syncing my phone for 30-45 minutes at home. There were no directions provided by Outlaw Off-road , and the app had no instructions. (Pull fuse from under hood, reinstall fuse and sync phone within 30 seconds)
I am hoping I am a fluke customer, but I can not truly give anything more than 3 stars. I feel 3 is very generous with my experience.

We have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL and we needed several modifications done to our Jeep to be better prepared to tackle the trails. They did an amazing job on the install and was really surprised on how cleanly it turned out.
