Bought a washer and dryer set from this establishment. I was trying to give a local business a chance. I have to say I was greatly disappointed with my experience after the sale. I was assured that the units were in good working order, but when they were delivered I found that the washer was/is not working correctly. This business has a 30 day in store warranty, but when I called to let them know I got run through a list of questions obviously trying to point the blame of the problem at me. The owner was rude and kept cutting me off when I tried to describe the problem. Then I was told they could send someone out in two days to look at the washer. I called the morning of the service call to confirm the appointment, and I was told they would be at my home between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.. At 5:00 p.m. that evening I called to see why the service rep never showed. I was told it was because I gave them the wrong phone number and address, but when I set up the appointment the person on the phone never asked for that information. Besides when I called to confirm appointment, I gave them my address. Now I am being told that I must wait another five days before someone can come out and look at the issue. Also if you do choose to purchase from here, bring cash. They use a ipad with a cube card reader that charges 3.4% processing fee on top of the cost and tax of the bill. I believe next time will continue to save and just buy new from a big box store. Sale person was friendly, and the delivery guys were polite, quick, and were respectful of my home and did not damage the walls...

Don't buy from here. It's got to be a scam. Sometime ago I came with my mother to this store so she could buy a used refrigerator. The salesman Steve seemed nice but could tell he was doing his job because he was always trying to sell a higher price. We wound up getting the cream-colored French door style refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser. Everything seemed pretty well when we seen it. As soon as my mother signed the paper the salesman's mannerism change two a bit cold and unfriendly. So it seem like you was only after the sale or maybe a little racist I don't know. The refrigerator was delivered to the home like we agreed, but because it couldn't fit through the door the delivery men left it out there and didn't even want to wait to take it in. They said they had to leave. 1 out of the 2 delivery men that came were rude. We found out that the water filter needed to be changed out so it was purchased on our end to do that. And by further examination we saw that the ice tray was glued and taped in. Also there were roach carcasses in the refrigerator. We now have a roach infestation thanks to Bringing In This refrigerator. Also the water dispenser tube had mold in it, it was never cleaned out. We would have returned it but once you sign the contract there were no returns we did call the company...

Great people and great experience! Was looking for Old School washing machine (One that will fill up with water). I bought from Steve on New Year's eve with 30 day warranty. Got home and ran machine with water and some bleach it worked great. Then put my first load in and everything worked up until the spin cycle (would not spin). I called Steve first thing New Year's day and he told me to bring it back it was probably the lid switch, after he changed that and still would not spin he had to replace the clutch (it was slipping). He did this work while we were there and I am a very happy camper!! You have to remember if you are buying a used appliance, there may be times things may be working when they check them but, after the appliance sets (just like a car not being drove) things can go out.
