I and 7 other siblings purchased a boutique of custom ordered flowers for my mom who is in a hospital care center for Mother’s Day. After everything my mother has been through we wanted a perfect flower arrangement with all of her favorite colors. This shop has a great option of writing in what colors and flowers you would like. I wrote in 5 colors and only requested one type of flower allowing the rest of the arrangement to be left up to the staff. The colors is what really mattered. I ordered paid and had it set to be delivered Friday (today) . Thursday the flowers got delivered. We were not informed this was going to happen. Also a few of the flowers looked old and were wilting already. Also some of the colors were left out. It was a beautiful arrangement but not fully what we requested and for $125 we did not want aging flowers first day . I called the shop today and spoke with the owner, Nancy. I explained to her what happened and reiterated 4-5 times that the flowers were lovely just not fully what we paid for. Nancy offered to make a new arrangement and take away the other one. Again my mom loved it but after all she has been through, us children wanted her to have what we requested for her. My mom told me a new bouquet came and the delivery guy told the nurse Station that my mom didn’t like the original flowers so he had to exchange. He did not exchange. He gave the first bouquet to the nurse station. The second bouquet had like no purple and all yellow with some pink. It is smaller than the first one. We spent $125 plus delivery fee plus tax. The purple set with no yellow is the first one. The circles are where the flowers were damaged. The yellow bouquet is the second one. On the website, you can put what you want and it doesn’t say there’s a limit so we put dark purple light, purple, yellow, light, pink, and a hint of red . Again for $125 we thought we would get that. When I talked to Nancy on the phone, she seemed annoyed and she reiterated four times that we put a lot of colors. I told her more than once there was no minimum. Anyways, though they have pretty flowers I don’t think they give you what you pay for. Nancy told me that flower costs have doubled and her labor cost has tripled. I’m not sure how a labor cost would triple but I guess that’s where our money went was mostly to her labor. We will not be ordering...

I do not recommend this place and I would give it zero stars if I could. My mother is in the hospital and some of us siblings pitched in to get her a bouquet. It was $125 for this bouquet, including taxes and delivery. What was delivered to my mom was nowhere near $125 worth. Not to mention, my sister specifically asked for it to be delivered on Friday and it was delivered a day early with flowers already dying and the colors of the flowers weren’t even correct. My sister was very specific as to what we wanted and that is not what she received. When my sister called to voice her concerns the owner was very rude on the phone. She finally agreed to do a new bouquet, all while being very rude, with the colors that my sister originally requested and flowers that were still alive. Just a sidenote, my mom loves flowers so the only thing that she noticed about the bouquet was that they were dying. She had no idea what we requested nor how much we spent and was not complaining. Upon delivery of the new bouquet, the delivery man told the CNA that my mom did not like the original flowers so he was going to take them and he gave them to the nurses. He then placed the new bouquet into my mom’s room which really wasn’t much better than the first bouquet except the fact that the flowers were alive. It still was not all of the colors that my sister requested. This shouldn’t be a difficult task for a florist. The owner should have been more than willing to give my mom a new bouquet with the flowers that we requested and for $125 it should have been much nicer. I have ordered many flowers over the years for $40-$50 that looked nicer than the ones my mom received. I’m very disappointed with the lack of care and attitude of the owner. not only did the owner replace my plants, who didnt make it in the first year, but also did she take sooo much time to help me find new ones (on a very busy day with lots of customers!) she also helped me pick out 2 great gifts for my husband and when we came to pick them up on his birthday, she made it a special moment. a big ribbon on the one wisteria, rolling them all to our car and she gave each of our kids a flower to plant! how wonderful and thoughtful. also, the store is so organized, clean and pretty...it brings you in plant mood all year around. great place to...
