Elli and her team are the absolute best to work with. My business recently refreshed our logo and we needed all new gear. Elli was incredibly organized, timely, and competetively priced for this massive project. They are really good at giving realistic timelines on projects and always deliver. We do all of our holiday gift gear with them and every year we get a high quality product that my team loves and looks so professional in. I can't ever seem to walk out of the store without a new shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket catching my eye! She has a great selection of in stock product to pick from, and it's always helpful to actually touch and feel the items before we order a whole bunch. Couldn't recommend them...

Would not even rate!!! I took this brand new Jacket into Sand creek custom wears to simply have the Mr. Sub logo added, but no embroidery done. This is what I got in return," sorry but the zipper got caught in the press and no longer works but we aren't going to charge you for the printing, so you can pick it up at your convenience." Me having read the notification that's posted in the store am clearly confused why it's not up to them to fix the damage. After a short confrontation about getting compensated the owner goes behind my back and calls Mr. Sub, only when my boss offers to pay to have a new zipper do they finally give in and offer to pay 1/2...WELL ANY...

Everyone at Sand Creek are very helpful and knowledgeable. They printed a bunch of stuff for our 50th family reunion that turned out really wonderful. They made multiple changes to our online store by adding different items and colors. They were always happy to make the changes for us and were even able to print more items after the store closed.
