We ordered our IR-5 in 2019. Our first time roasting business (16 months now), has grown to 35 states and over 150 cities. I would without a doubt say our roaster has had a lot to do with that! The quality of the roaster, the service and dedication is easy to see in our roaster. We receive daily praises on our roaster and the beauty of the machine. We decide to buy American and will continue to do so. We will be ordering a new IR-12 in a couple of days from now. Our Christmas present to myself and my wife. Read moreWe purchased 140 kilo CR roaster new from diedrich. Cooling fan showed up out of balance. It sounds like a 747 jet is landing in our warehouse. We asked Diedrich to replace it they told us to contact Cincinnati fans. We did, and they sent a rep out and that rep claimed the fan was balanced. The noise is always bad but can actually get worse. We now have cincinnati fans come out every 6 months to rebalance a fan that was never worked properly. Also unless you plan on allocating 12 hours a week of cleaning duct work, you will have a severe fire. All roasters take plenty of maintenance, but you will have 3x the maintenance on a Diedrich...
