I wish I were eloquent enough to express my gratitude to the staff at Unlimited Graphics. They did a remarkable job on the items I needed for my 40th class reunion. I am admittedly very hard to please, and I have very high expectations. It is rare that I give anyone a recommendation. THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! I am a customer for life. If you need a printer/designer/etc., please give them a call.

I had no idea what "materials" were available for my project. They took time to listen to what I wanted and educate me on all options. They even made cost-saving recommendations for me. I wanted a huge banner. They recommended a top banner and two side pop-ups to save the $5.50/sq ft banner charge for space we'd block while standing in front of it. That saved me 100s of dollars.

Their products were high quality. The colors were so crisp and clear. I gave them a picture of our mascot from the gym wall. I was worried their pop-up of the mascot would have the cinder block "creases" in it. The mascot looked better than the picture I provided them.

They were so patient and accommodating with the changes I requested after viewing the renderings. They demonstrated the pop-up set up to me. They were quick and accurate with item delivery and responses to emails. They unboxed every item at pick-up to be sure I was pleased with the final products. They saved my designs so that when I return to purchase additional items in future years ... I'll have no new set-up fees.

They were patient, prompt, and professional.

As a caveat, I was told by the first printer (in Paducah) that I asked for an estimate that they couldn't do the job because I wouldn't be able to afford the set-up fees. I'm so glad that I found...
