I love my office chair but their warranty support is utterly pathetic.
First off I have a Cameron chair. I love it but randomly the gas lift portion failed and seemed to eject itself out of a plastic casing that's inserted in the center of the chair.
Upon contacting support I waited days for a response. Then they asked for photos. I sent the photos then they requested more. Meanwhile days are going by between these communications. I work from home so my home office chair is critical to my work.
Finally they offer to send me a new gas cylinder but claimed the shipping would cost $80? Really a $20 part is going to cost me $80 for shipping? Yet I spent damn near $1500 on an office chair?
I pushed back. They decided to send it for free.
Then I asked for installation instructions because for the life of me I couldn't get the cylinder out regardless of what tools I used. It seems to me that the cylinder is somehow built into the base. Because there was NO way to release it from the base. When you look at the bottom of the base it almost looks like they soldered the base and cylinder together. You think they responded. Nope. Even after several follow-ups. Clearly a Chinese outfit.
I was FURIOUS that a chair this expensive could have a simple gas cylinder replaced. Luckily I found an entire replacement base online which worked perfectly.
Such a great product marred by subpar support.

My wife and I purchased a new chair from them and as most of the reviews state this company is nothing but problems. I was putting the chair together and the plates do not line up. They offer to send out new parts and continue to send meaningless emails to make the customer think something is being done, but instead come back with needing more information. I do not understand it and from the other reviews I have seen I just want to wash my hands of their product.
Edit: BUYER BEWARE!!!! It is a horrible chair. The features don’t work. It doesn’t function and does not balance and tips easy. The company is a bunch of Con Artists. It is uncomfortable and hard in the seat. Also, it isn’t leather and Kinnls false advertises. Don’t waste your time as they care less about customer service and have had the audacity to ask for additional money for a replacement functioning chair. You can’t adjust it like they claim.

Now, 5 months later, I am still going back and forth with these crooks everyday. All I have wanted is a refund, and for them to take back their chair. I’m not trying to get ahead on this deal…I just want a refund. I even offered to eat the shipping costs so they’re not harmed. But once they have your money…..you ain’t ever gonna see it again. Email me if you’d like to see the entire email chain with these folks, that started on day one. It’s criminal. I’ve had to engage the CA Attorney General.
