Arrived at 9:50am for a 10:00 appointment. Guard told me to pull forward and to the side until they could get someone on the phone to get me a door. 25 minutes later, she walks to me to inform me that my appointment was for 4pm. WHAT!!! Called dispatch and they called broker. After about an hour, the spotter came to me and told me they got a door but couldn’t promise to get me earlier. They started to unload me at 1:24 and finished loading a trailer load full of love seats at 2:40. Not to bad for 69 love seats stacked 4 high all the way front to back. I know it’s not the companies fault as it’s usually brokers who lie and say it’s an early delivery because most people won’t take a late delivery. Parking available on the street next to warehouse which is Industrial Park but you have to be on the left side of the street. Right side of your facing other way. It other words, on the side of your delivery not the small businesses.

Esta abierto 24 horas pero la descarga es con cita,en mi caso la tenia a las 6 am y llegue a las 9 pm un dia antes,te puedes quedar a un lado de la bodega y llegar 20 minutos antes de la cita y te reciben,solo si llegas antes comoquiera te reportas para confirmar la hora de la cita,te descargan entre una hora y media o dos horas,solo hablan ingles,cuando ingresas a la bodega cortas el sello y el mismo guardia te da el numero de puerta,el guardia se queda con el bill y ya cuando sales vacio te da el bill firmado y sellado,te puedes parquear en la noche a un lado de la bodega,ahi tienen sanitario portatil muy limpio!10/28/2022

BEWARE! These people are crooks!! I ordered patio furniture in early May 2023 and was given a delivery date of the end of May. May came and went and no furniture! NO UPDATES.. Nothing. Called them and they said end of June but wouldn’t give a specific date. June came and went! No furniture or update. I had to call them. They said end of July, rinse and repeat for August!! I still don’t have my patio furniture. When I called in July they said, “well they had to make it”. I was like WTH?? Then the excuse was it was back ordered. Bottoms line..This organization is so shady and crooked you would be foolish to EVER buy anything from them! Just look at the other...
