I had to replace my old counter depth side-by-side built-in refrigerator. I decided to call Tylisz being that they are local. The salesman, Jerry, was extremely knowledgeable. I gave him the width and height dimensions and he knew right away that it was counter depth when I forgot to tell him! I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator based on on-line photos because it was the only one that would fit in the space. It had to be ordered and that was fine because I was not in a hurry. I didn’t have to pay for it until delivery.
The installers were amazing! They were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Jerry told me that he instructed them to assist me with whatever I needed. They not only emptied the refrigerator, but changed my RO filters in the crawlspace and reconnected the waterline. They gave me a brief overview on how to operate the digital touch controls.

He said oh you’re not getting power to it that is why I called because I wasn’t getting power to it. The power is fine the same box that powers, the dishwasher powers the central air and the central air is working fine. He then proceeded to write me a bill for $99 and did absolutely nothing absolutely didn’t take one bit of the dishwasher apart to find the problem so now I have a dishwasher not working and $99 out of my checking account. Not once was I told there was a $99.00 service call charge. Jesse called before he arrived and was here 5 minutes and told me I needed a new ice maker in a Whirlpool fridge that isn't 5 years old and I owe $99.00 for the service call. The new ice maker was ordered. When Jesse came to install it he didn't call 1st. We missed.him knocking on the door,we do have a doorbell. I called to have him return and the lady said she would try.
