I just went here for a girls night out and boy did I need it. It's been a stressful summer, living with family, moving, transitioning to a new job, being away from my husband. Hanging out with my sister and grown nieces painting pottery was a ball. The girls night out event was an over 18 event with some risque pottery involved, but I absolutely loved it. We laughed and joked all night long and I felt the prices were fair. I love that it is family owned and they have Christmas trees that you can paint to put together a light up ceramic tree kit. My Grandma had a white one and unfortunately, after she passed, it was broken. We've decided as a family that is going to be a special project this year, that every family will paint and have one as a way to remember her as she and my grandfather were very special people. I really enjoyed myself and the staff was very nice. This is a great place to bring your kids, have a date night, or bring your aging parents. It truly is fun for all ages. I do have a fun idea for them, if they had a kit to sell to do pet paw prints, then bring it back to be fired and glazed, that would be cool, or have a day where pets can come to the parking lot and have their pawprint painted and put on something and then it's glazed and fired, that would be another cool something to do as a special theme! Let's keep this place in business yall! Show them some love, go visit and leave them a review! Laporte needs cute places like this.
