short answer: Service was fine but the food wasn't very good.

I wanted to rate this a 2.5 not a 3 but I was better than 2 so I'll go with a 3.

I've seen this place a couple of times and thought I'd like to try it out as it's close to my house. It's sort of a weird location but it works for me.

The boneless wings came out overcooked. They were charred and unappetizing. I couldn't only eat one (for some reason my son thought they were OK).

I have to qualify my critique by saying I'm sort of a pizza snob having grown up in a family owned pizza place. I am somewhat hard to please.

I have to be honest, I've had better frozen pizza from the grocery store. This pizza was just okay. It was boring and lacked flavor. Maybe it was the bad taste from the boneless wings? I can't be sure. They have a number of selections for toppings but only one style of crust and that's somewhat soft/floppy so when you're lifting a slice it tends to fall apart.

We ordered the Carnivore - Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Hamburger, Sausage, Bacon, Canadian Bacon. There were little squares of what looked like chicken on it, which didn't bother me, but wasn't what I ordered. I honestly couldn't taste pepperoni or bacon on there at all.

I really don't think there's anything special going on here and see no reason to go back. Although it's fairly close to my house, it's not convenient for a business lunch or an after work get together.

It's nice to see that the owners/managers reply to the reviews but I'm not sure there's anything they could say that would...

What a colossal disappointment! In the time I have to now order Domino’s I’ll write my review. We used to love PW for their inventive pizzas, and delicious flavors; but we will not be going back. You’re looking at $40 worth of pizza here. Jalapeño popper pizzas with no toppings, only cheese—just enough to see. I can understand hard times, but this is pathetic. We thought we’d stick to local pizza even though it is a little more expensive and this is what we ended up with. Don’t waste your time or your money. Grab a Totinos party pizza and put it in the toaster—you’ll end up with better pizza. The one thing they did get right was to fully refund my purchase. Buyers beware! Update to Owners Response: It’s disturbing how poor customer service and a product that speaks for itself (see photos) somehow gets twisted into my having been some ‘crazy, off the chain customer’ that’s just out to pick on your employees. This response is further evidence that this business is headed to a dark place. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would! I ordered delivery thought I'd try to support our local businesses. Seriously disappointed I didn't order somewhere else. It took an hour to get 2 very very small, 1 very very (small) supposed to be large pizzas. The pizzas arrived ice cold. . literally ice cold! We had to use the microwave to warm them up. Also the pizzas looked incredibly small in the standard size boxes. I had 3 people to feed and we had to go get more food elsewhere because we didn't like the cold terrible tasting pizza. My normal rule of thumb is to try something at least twice ...BUT Im going to forego that rule and never eat here again. I called to let them know and they did offer to refund my money thank goodness because that would have been such a waste of $50 dollars!! Maybe I caught them on an off night but I usually read reviews prior to using a place. How they're at a 4.3 truly baffles me?! I really hope they can step it up for...
